I loved it, its location and food.

It made our trip to Charlotte a WONDERFUL experience. Wonderful staff, clean hotel, non-smoking room. One of the best continental breakfasts were served here. Location not far from airport, eateries and the highway.

Every part of it was very good, I enjoyed staff and rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electronic key card, multi-channel television and ironing facilities were a nice touch. There was a bath, a plus for me;)))

Would stay here again if in Charlotte. Every detail is beautiful, especially the staff and rooms. Good reception. It is found in a picture perfect area.

We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel was economical, clean, with awesome location very close to the airport. Good service and a clean pool onsite.

It is the best place to stay if your are looking for short stay.

Actually everything was great. The staff were cooperative, soft bed, above average breakfast. We stayed in a fine room, and liked it. Service was great throughout the hotel. Positioned in the good area.

The folks working here were SUPREMELY HELPFUL and we enjoyed its central location. Had modest original rooms. It was spotless and everything was fine. Shuttle was provided here too.

my experience was decent. staff were consistently courteous and provided exceptional service. amazingly comfortable, good room! late check-out was useful. perfectly clean and cool hotel in an unbeatable location. what's more, it was close enough to eateries, downtown and nascar track too.

It was fairly clean and more than adequate place, had wonderful people and location. I liked a pretty comfortable area. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from lao-thai baptist church. The easy check-in too...

Location was convenient, and I truly enjoyed very clean rooms and efficient staff...

The street was noisy.

it was worth its 2 stars. this hotel was enjoyable base for exploring charlotte, appreciated it. the bed was comfy, as were the pillows.
